Responsibilities:
- Manage an extremely busy and fluid executive calendar efficiently, ensuring optimal use of time.
- Full inbox management and regular liaison with C-suite-level external stakeholders
- Prepare confidential documents, reports, and briefings for executive review (excellent MS Word skills essential)
- Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, including transportation and accommodations.
- Project coordination of senior-level search mandates or board development programmes to include careful upkeep of the bespoke CRM system
- Plan and organise corporate events, meetings, and other engagements.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth coverage for clients within the office.
- You must have prior experience working within a consultancy or recruitment enviroment
- At least 5 years of Executive Assistant experience at senior level
- High attention to detail with exceptional proof-reading skills
- High proficiency in MS Word, Outlook and Excel
- Degree qualification or equivalent preferred
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
