Overview
We are seeking a client facing and experienced Assistant to join one of the world's most prestigious investment firms. This is a rare opportunity to operate within the Executive Office, the highest echelon of the organisation, supporting C-suite leaders. If you are seeking a role in which you can add value and take on additional duties beyond the highly organisational tasks. This is a great opportunity for you to work in a pivotal position, where liaison with senior MDs internally, across Europe, APAC and America will feature as part of your role.
This role will require you to be proactive, organised and highly adaptable. You will have extensive experience managing a hectic schedule, prioritising appointments and travel management. As the first point of contact, you will be instrumental in ensuring a seamless and efficient day.
You will be an Assistant who has gained a minimum of 5 years of experience in the investment sector, from investment banking, private equity or asset management or professional services.

This is a 6 month assignment (potential to be extended and if you impress, there are further opportunities within the firm). This is a 5 days in office role.
£26 inclusive of holiday.

- Coordination of high-level international travel and logistics
- Acting as a proactive gatekeeper—always one step ahead
- Supporting senior stakeholders, VPs and MDs with administrative and operational needs
- Ensuring smooth communication and workflow across the executive team
- Minimum 5 years’ experience as an assistant in investment banking, private equity, asset management, or professional services
- Proven ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-pressure environments
- Impeccable organisational skills and attention to detail
- Discretion, professionalism, and a proactive mindset
- Confidence working with senior leadership and managing competing priorities
