In this role, you'll:
- Take ownership of complex calendar and diary management across time zones
- Coordinate internal meetings and high-level global conference calls
- Manage travel bookings, itineraries, and accommodation arrangements
- Process team expenses and handle basic invoice administration
- Be the go-to support for day-to-day team operations and logistics
- Provide backup assistance to colleagues as needed
- Has 2+ years of experience in an administrative, team support, or coordinator role
- Brings excellent communication skills and a professional, client-facing demeanour
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment and adapts quickly to shifting priorities
- Is proactive, solutions-focused, and enjoys working as part of a collaborative team
- Maintains high standards of discretion and attention to detail
- Location: Office-based in Birmingham City Centre (Monday to Friday)
- Contract: Initial 6-month assignment with extension potential (up to 18 months)
- Rate: £18/hour incl. holiday pay (~£32,000–£33,000 per annum equivalent)
