Our client, a global Investment Management firm, with offices across the world is looking for an experienced Team Assistant, to work in their hugely successful Private Equity investment division.
 
This is a demanding and fast paced role, supporting at senior level, with a small team. You work alongside other Assistants in the division which means you have a great team culture, collaboration and network.
 
This role presents a rare opportunity for an individual who thrives in a fast-paced, successful environment to move into this world leading investment firm. Perhaps you are an Assistant working in consultancy and are keen to experience Private Equity. This is a great opportunity to move into this sector. Working within their London office (West End) of circa 250 people, the company has a global reach with offices in multiple countries. You will become part of a collaborative, driven, highly successful firm, with ambitious growth plans.
 
We are keen to hear from Assistants with experience in Private Equity, Management Consultancy, Investment Management or similar sectors. If you are on lookout for a  collaborative and organisational role that embraces a hybrid working model (4 days in office) we encourage you to apply, Additionally, you will be part of the Assistant group within your division and within the wider office and company, giving you the Assistant network and support within the firm. In this role, you'll support at senior level, work in tandem with fellow Assistants, and utilise your exceptional organisational skills to navigate a demanding schedule. From coordinating meetings across various time zones, to crafting intricate travel plans and detailed itineraries, your proactive approach will be instrumental in achieving success.
 
Flourishing in a fast paced, international environment, you take pride in your ability to provide outstanding organisational support. Your aspiration to excel and your unwavering commitment to delivering excellence will set you apart. You should also be corporately presented with excellent written and spoken English and educated to at minimum A levels, ideally with a degree.
