Overview

This leading boutique private equity firm in Central London is looking for an investor relations Associate to lead the Investor Relations & Fundraising team. This is a unique opportunity to work directly with the Managing Partners and play a pivotal role in shaping the global fundraising strategy, LP communications, and brand presence.
 
Duties :
  • Partner with leadership to drive end-to-end fundraising efforts across Europe and beyond.
  • Create compelling investor materials – from PPMs to co-investment decks
  • Build and nurture relationships with institutional investors and family offices.
  • Lead the planning and execution of high-profile investor events in London and Europe.
  • Elevate the brand through PR, ESG initiatives, and strategic communications.
  • Manage investor data, reporting, and compliance with precision and care.
  • Liaise closely with the deal and finance team in London and Europe
  • Elevate existing processes and establish best practise
 
What We’re Looking For:
  • A minimum of 2-3 years’ experience in investor relations, fundraising, or capital markets within PE, VC, or related sectors.
  • A natural communicator with exceptional writing and presentation skills.
  • A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
  • Strong academic background and a track record of professional excellence.
  • A strategic thinker who is also hands-on and detail-oriented.
  • Strong technical skills and with good financial acumen
  • Happy to be part of a boutique team and work 5 days in office
