Overview

An exceptional opportunity to join a leading equity fund at a pivotal moment, following the successful close of their second fund. This is a rare chance to step into a high-impact role supporting both the Operations and Investment teams, working closely with two dynamic and high-calibre executives.
 
We’re looking for a tenacious, composed professional who thrives in demanding environments and brings 5+ years of experience supporting at Partner or C-suite level within Private Equity. A strong understanding of the deal process in a boutique firm is essential.
 
Key Responsibilities:

Executive & Investment Support
  • Complex diary management and scheduling across time zones
  • UK and international travel coordination, including itineraries, visas, and multi-currency expenses
  • Preparation of marketing decks and investor materials; updating Salesforce
  • Support for LP communications and Investment Committee (IC) arrangements
  • Board meeting logistics and document production for portfolio companies
  • High-level support to the COO, including governance admin and data preparation
  • Ad hoc personal assistance and CEO cover during absences
Operations & Office Management
  • Day-to-day oversight of office operations and facilities
  • Supervision of the Office/Team Assistant and acting as the central point of contact for office-related queries
  • Supplier and vendor management (e.g. Concur, travel providers, preferred hotels)
  • Convening weekly support staff meetings across London, US, and Europe
  • Recruitment coordination, onboarding, and background screening
  • IT equipment ordering and induction planning
Events, Compliance & ESG
  • Planning and execution of internal and external events (e.g. team socials, closing dinners)
  • Assisting with compliance documentation and policy updates
  • Supporting ESG initiatives and reporting
 
What We’re Looking For
  • Proven experience in Private Equity (non-negotiable), ideally within a boutique or start-up environment
  • Deep understanding of LP relationships, IC processes, and the investment lifecycle
  • Highly organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities with discretion
  • Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
  • Proficiency in Salesforce, Microsoft Office Suite, and travel/expense platforms
