We’re on the lookout for a standout Recruitment Coordinator with 3–5 years’ experience, ideally gained in mid-sized boutique investment firms or within financial services. This is a temporary onsite role based in Central London (with flexibility for 1 day remote), where you’ll be instrumental in shaping exceptional candidate journeys—from early careers to senior hires.
What You’ll Do:
You’ll play a central role in executing recruitment strategies and managing processes that leave a lasting impression. From scheduling high-volume interviews and coordinating onboarding activities, to supporting events and collaborating closely with recruitment, intern managers, and operations teams.
Key Responsibilities:
• Interview Scheduling: Seamlessly coordinate interviews, liaising with candidates, agencies, and stakeholders across the business
• Tech Enablement: Champion innovative tech tools to continuously refine and elevate the recruitment experience
• Candidate Support: Act as a guide for program participants from pre-hire to onboarding, handling escalations with care and efficiency
• Communication & Admin: Maintain strong communication channels and manage distribution of recruitment-related resources
• Onboarding Logistics: Oversee desk setup, tech deployment, audit requirements, and workspace preparation
• Event Coordination: Plan and deliver onboarding events with professionalism and attention to detail
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with multiple teams across the bank to keep programs on track and ensure world-class delivery
What You’ll Bring:
• 3–5 years’ experience in recruitment coordination or program support, ideally within boutique investment or financial services environments
• Strong organizational and communication skills, with a proven record of high-volume scheduling
• Proactive mindset with the ability to multitask and adapt quickly
• Exposure to dynamic settings with senior professionals and fast-moving priorities
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience supporting early careers, internship, or DEI-focused hiring programs
• Proficiency with ATS platforms like Workday, and scheduling tools that maximize efficiency
• Prior involvement in onboarding processes in highly regulated or investment-focused organizations
